The bamboo toothpick production line is used for producing two heads pointed bamboo toothpicks. (we also have single head pointed toothpick and one head with flower one head pointed etc ).

The normal size of the toothpicks is diameter 2.0mm, the length 65mm( diameter & length can be made according customer ,pls tell us the size in advance)
We also have wood toothpick making machine.

Our machine can also made BBQ skewer stick , incense stick, swab stick etc.

Generally, every 100 kilograms of fresh bamboo (wet), can produce 2.0 mm in diameter, 65 mm long toothpick 10-130000, about 13-16 kilograms dry finished toothpicks.

The machine product  two head pointed toothpicks, 8 hours of production in 800000, about 100 kg. Need to manipulate staff 4, 6 people, the use of industrial electricity 380 v.
